SPRING, SUMMER & FALL ACTIVITIES

When the snow melts, the wildflowers blossom and Juniper Landing becomes a central location for an abundance of summer activity. Located amid America’s largest ski resort, Park City Mountain, and within minutes of Deer Valley Resort and Utah Olympic Park, this area offers an abundance of recreation in the summer. Ski lifts and runs are converted into miles of biking and hiking and equestrian. We are within steps of the 18-hole, challenging Canyons Golf Course, that winds through 97 scenic acres and features more than 550 feet of elevation change with spectacular alpine views. In addition, the resort is home to the Alpine Slide and Coaster, weekly Farmer’s Markets, concerts and festivals, and restaurants and shops. Here, the skies are perpetually blue, the foothills are dotted with wildflowers, and the cool mountain breeze makes summer temperatures a whole lot more enjoyable. There are plenty of things to do, whether you prefer to treat your cultural side to some of the most entertaining arts and music festivals at any elevation, or simply bask in the beauty of these surrounding mountains.

GOLF

It’s hard to imagine a better setting for a game of golf. Breathtaking mountain vistas, cool breezes and more blue sky days than you’ll find at almost any elevation. Maybe that’s why the Park City area is becoming a renowned golf destination offering a variety of 18-hole championship courses. Add guaranteed tee times* and the opportunity to book 60 days in advance through select lodging properties, and you’ll wonder why you’ve never played here before.

*Tee times greater than seven days in advance are only available through a participating lodging property.

BIKING & HIKING

Park City offers some of the best mountain biking, road cycling and hiking available. The town’s three resorts provide lift-served, single- and double-track mountain biking and hiking during the summer months. Hikers and bikers are welcome on any section of Park City’s 400+ miles of public trails…ranging from mellow, scenic rides to adrenaline-raising thrills on steeper terrain. And if you forgot something, don’t worry; we’ve got the gear as well.

HISTORIC MAIN STREET

For those who prefer a different style of recreation, there are endless, shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, spas and year-round events at Canyons and in the historic Main Street area of Park City.
